Once you’re ready to proceed, we work with you to establish the programme and coordinate the various trades and specialist contractors involved.
We can coordinate building, structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other specialist works, providing a joined-up service wherever possible.

Experience With Character & Heritage Properties
Many of the properties across our local area have their own history, character and individual requirements.
We have experience working on period, Listed and Heritage properties, where the approach to building work can be very different from that of a modern property.
From repairs and alterations to larger renovation projects, we understand the importance of working carefully with the existing building and considering the appropriate materials, methods and finishes.
Where specialist input or approvals are required, we can work alongside architects, designers, Building Control and other professionals to help ensure the project is properly coordinated.
